Wesually Design Studio ("Wesually") is committed to providing quality services to our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided.

 

Understanding Wesually Services

Wesually provides a range of creative design services, including but not limited to graphic design, animation, and branding. Our services are tailored to each client's specific needs, and the process involves time, resources, and effort.

 

Refunds

  • Service Fees:  Due to the nature of our work, all fees paid for design services, consulting, and digital content creation are non-refundable once the service has commenced or the project is initiated.

  • Deposits: Deposits made for project commencement are also non-refundable, as they are used to allocate resources and time for your project.

 

  • Exceptions: In exceptional cases where a refund is agreed upon, it will be at the sole discretion of Wesually Design Studio and may be subject to administrative fees. We aim to process all refunds within 5-7 working days from the date of request. Once the refund is processed, the amount will be credited to the customer's bank account within 5-7 working days, depending on the bank's processing time. Customers will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.

 

This policy helps maintain a clear understanding between Wesually Design Studio and its clients and supports a transparent business relationship.
